The Mayor Exchange Program

The idea of the Ohio-Pécs Mayor Exchange Program was initiated by Dean Professor Dr. Randy Leite of Ohio University's College of Health Sciences. This is  a multi-stakeholder knowledge -based collaboration involving all pillars of the  Quintuple Helix . Mayors of Rural Hungary and Rural Ohio experience each other's context and share their best practices in the area of Governance, knowledge,strategies and approach when addressing Community Health, Regional Development, Economics and Decent Job Creation ,Citizen Engagement , Sustainable Innovation related topics. Transdisciplinary scholars and students, as well Non-Profit representatives, regional business representatives participate in this knowledge sharing and netowrking exchange platform.
